Artist Submission Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in submitting a portfolio to RBFA. We are always interested in reviewing established full-time professional artists who have
been represented in a gallery environment. The gallery also offers limited opportunities for emerging artists.
We invite artists to our gallery based on various criteria and try to give each submission adequate time to make the right decision for both gallery and artist. Please be patient, if we wish to further consider your work, we will contact you.
The gallery is reviewing portfolios for possible exhibition in 2022 and beyond.
NO WALK-IN SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
To submit a preliminary review of your work, please follow the following procedures:
1. Emailed submissions are preferred. If you have a website, please include the URL.
2. If you do not have a website or images accessible online, please send a maximum of 10 small JPEG image files. Please use artist submission in the subject line, or your email may be deleted along with our daily spam.
3. If you are unable to submit electronically, you may submit an Image CD containing a maximum of 10 high resolution JPEGS of work. All portfolio materials submitted that you wish returned MUST include a self addressed stamped envelope with the proper postage.
4. With either method of submission please include:
-A statement of the body of work represented.
- A list of image descriptions including medium, dimensions, title, pricing
and year created.
-A resume [please list education, exhibition record, collections, etc.]
-Gallery affiliations, past and current with contact information.
-Any press that you have received
-Any personal information and philosophy as it relates to your work is
always interesting and reviewed.
