Inspired by Clarissa Pinkola Estes’ timeless book, my own journey of healing and spiritual growth through Animal Spirit oracles and messengers, and a lifelong connection to animals and the wild, “Running With The Wolves” honors the unity and intrinsic value of all sentient beings. Woman steps forward as warrior, Shaman, dreamer, and force of nature in this Gaia-centered series of acrylic and mixed-media paintings.

Dina’s Journey: A recent move to Southern New Mexico marks a new chapter in her creative journey, promising fresh inspiration and evolving themes in her work. A lifelong horsewoman and passionate animal advocate, Dina shares her days with her husband and a beloved collection of four-legged companions. When not in the studio, she finds joy in the outdoors, reading, yoga, meditation—and simply being present in nature.
Dina’s acrylic paintings on canvas exist in a space between abstraction and representation, offering sensitive, atmospheric impressions of Earth, animals, and wild landscapes. Her work speaks to those who seek healing, connection, and a sense of wonder in the natural world. Dreamlike yet grounded, her images invite the viewer to wander into spaces both expansive and intimate—places that feel deeply personal, yet strangely universal.

Dina works with an intuitive hand, layering translucent color and texture to build complexity and emotion. With a background in fashion design, she brings a refined sense of color harmony and composition to her pieces, skillfully balancing structure with openness, and form with negative space.
