"Ginny" Hicks is a mixed media artist based in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, who creates vibrant, layered works exploring powerful images of women, landscapes, and animals. Working as an attorney by day, Hicks brings a self-taught artistic vision to life through pieces that combine spray paint, metallic foil, acrylic, oil paint, and ink.
Drawing inspiration from Victorian aesthetics and steampunk imagery, her work celebrates bold color and intricate detail. Hicks' artwork has been featured twice on the cover of the New Mexico Bar Bulletin, bridging her dual worlds of law and art.
